SOCIAL AND BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY

We believe in ethical attitude, institutional and transparent management, respect to our collaborators and in the sustainable development of our activities. Our responsibility is to consciously contribute to the preservation of good habits to the society and the environment, so future generations have guidelines and references of valuable social and environmental actions and responsibilities.

Voluntarily, we contribute to the society wellbeing, supporting charity institutions, social programs and environmental preservation. We foster the involvement of our collaborators (PLBrasileiros), to disseminate such culture through our social and corporate networks, including with attitudes similar to the attitudes of those around us.

Collaborating to make
families happier

Voluntarily, PLBrasil Group joined the Citizen Company Program, which allows the extension of maternity and paternity leaves from one hundred and twenty (120) to one hundred and eighty (180) days and from five (5) to twenty (20) days, respectively.

By joining such program, PLBrasil Group reinforces the need for family institutions in the society and the importance given to its team.

In addition to the extensions foreseen in the maternity and paternity leaves, PLBrasil Group also guarantees such leaves for adoptive parents, including adoption by homosexual couples.

The purpose of the program is to improve the quality of life in the work environment, talking about:

  • Personal x professional conflicts;

  • Professional achievement;

  • Team work;

  • Professional expectations; and

  • All other subjects involving professional development.

  • Elimination of plastic cups, straws and plates; and

  • All PLBrasileiros get thermal cups and squeezes.
